Shirt Information Needed:

  • Long Sleeve or Short Sleeve

  • Plain Yoke or Check Yoke

  • Size: Women's XS-XXXL or Men's S-XXXL / If not listed, please say so, and we'll create it! See Spec Sheet for Sizing. 

  • Choose 1-2 Embroideries and where you'd like them placed (Front Yokes, Collar Tips, or Bottom of Sleeves) +$15 for each additional embroidery

Hat Information Needed:

  • Color (Pick 1 out of 3 Felts from the same color family as shirt)

  • Leather or Gros Grain Hat Band

  • Choose 1 Embroidery for your Hat Tat or "None" if you don't want embroidery on your hat. Please include desired placement (ex. back left, etc.)

  • Choose a size: 6 7/8, 7, 7 1/8, 7 1/4, 7 3/8, 7 1/2, 7 5/8, 7 7/8
